Overview
The knowledge base is bite-sized resources to support on-demand learning. Educators in Canyons can use this knowledge base to personalize their learning experience by identifying an area of focus, navigate through a collection of curated resources, and engage with the selected resource. This article provides the steps individuals should follow when creating and adding an article to the knowledge base for approval.

- Go to Team Dynamix: tdx.canyonsdistrict.org
- Login using your CSD credentials
- Click "Knowledge Base"
- Click "+ New Article"
If you don't see this option, that means you do not have access to author (aka create) knowledge base articles. Email camille.cole@canyonsdistrict.org, and she will work with IT to get your the correct permissions.
- Use the Knowledge-Base Article Directions & Style Guide and add content/complete the fields provided on the screen
- Click "Save"
When creating your knowledge base article, you have some additional options:
- adjust the permissions to limit the knowledge base accessibility to specific CSD groups.
For example, maybe the article being created is just for school-based principals or instructional coaches.
- connect / link other knowledge base articles or related services.
To adjust the the permissions and/or connect related articles and services:
- After saving the first draft of your knowledge base article, click "Edit"
- To edit permissions: Click "Permissions"
- Check "Inherit Permissions"
(If the article is to be "public" facing, meaning no login required, uncheck "inherit" and check "Public"
- Select the article permission you would like
- Select the group(s)
- Click "Save"
- To add related articles and/or services" Click either "Related Articles" or "Related Services"
- Click "+Add"
- Type keyword or phrase to populate articles that are currently in the knowledge base
- Click the article or service that you would like to connect to your article
- Click "Save"
